The Strong Angle Mindset Course

You can train your mindset for performance just like your body. When you control your mind and body, they stop controlling you. The Strong Angle is about getting more results with less effort by optimizing the grind.

It helps you execute more effectively, move with efficiency, and differentiate yourself from those stuck in the Weak Angle.

WOBBLER360 experience

We have prepared this instructional course to allow you to get the MOST  out of your Wobbler360. The Low impact Wobbler360 is safe and effective to use as an alternative to higher impact activity such as running.  The two key components to using the Wobbler360 and also the two essential movements in almost any functional/sporting movement including golf, boxing, baseball, running, etc

FyzioCoach Self-Study

If you want access to assessment tools including the FyzioGym Performance Evaluation and accompanying treatment plan chart, home programs including a robust video library, and weekly lectures to drive home the concepts you need to know within a format that allows you to progress at your own pace, then this self-study is for you!

FyzioCoach Level 1 Certification

To become certified as a Level 1 FyzioCoach you will complete a 2 day in-person or virtual seminar along with this 12 week program that will give you the tools to confidently:

  • Assess a client/patients biomechanical and fitness status and design a safe and effective program.
  • Assess a client/patients nutrition habits and design a safe and effective program.
  • Implement effective goal setting strategies for yourself and your clients/patients. 

FyzioGym Mobility Self-Assessment

This guided self assessment takes you through a full body mobility and movement screen to help identify restrictions, imbalances, and potential areas of risk. You’ll simply watch the video, perform each movement, and evaluate whether you pass or fail based on clear criteria. This process gives you insight into how your body is moving today and where to focus your efforts for better performance and resilience.
